Download the Rayyanh app, sign up, post a request describing what you need (service type, time, location), and verified providers will send you offers. Pick the one you like, confirm, and you're booked.

Yes. All service providers go through a verification process. Communication and payments are secured through the app for your safety and peace of mind.
Can I choose who delivers the service?
Yes. You see each provider's profile, past work, ratings, and reviews before accepting an offer. You're always in control of who serves you.

How do I pay?
Payment is made in-app once you accept an offer, using card, Mada, or Apple Pay. Funds are held securely until the service is completed.
Where are the services delivered?
Services are delivered wherever you choose — your home, your office, or any address you select in the app, within the cities we currently cover in Saudi Arabia.
What if I'm not satisfied with the service?
Open a complaint through the in-app support and our team will investigate within 24 hours. Disputes that qualify under our policy receive refunds or partial credits.
How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Go to the booking in the app and tap Cancel or Reschedule. Free cancellation up to 4 hours before the appointment; after that, a small cancellation fee may apply.
