How do I sign up as a service provider?
Download the Rayyanh app, choose "Service Provider" on sign-up, fill in your details, upload your ID for verification, add your services and rates, and turn Reception ON to start receiving requests.
When do I get paid?
Payments are released to your in-app wallet after the service is completed and confirmed by the client. You can withdraw to your bank account or STC Pay at any time.
How does the verification process work?
Upload your national ID or Iqama from inside the app. Our team verifies within 48 working hours. Verified providers get a badge on their profile.
Can I work as a company with multiple employees?
Yes. Register a company account and add each employee as a service delivery unit. Each employee can set their own services, schedule, and reception preferences under your company.
What fees does Rayyanh charge?
Rayyanh takes a small platform fee per completed service. No subscription, no listing fee, no charge for declining a request. Current fee details are inside the app under Wallet → Fees.
How do I get more bookings?
Complete your profile fully (photo, bio, sample work), respond fast to requests, maintain a high rating, and keep Reception ON during the hours you want to work. Top providers also use Rayyanh Partners (referral codes) to grow.
What happens if a client cancels?
If cancellation is within 4 hours of the appointment, you receive a cancellation fee as compensation per our policy. Earlier cancellations are free for both sides.
